Create pizza with your left-overs

Is your ref. filled with left-overs from yesterdayð€™s dinner or the night before? Well, if you feel guilty of disposing them, then take them out and turn them into pizza.   Making pizza might sound difficult for you but with the help of your left-overs, you could easily come up with a home-made pizza that you could have for snacks. Hereð€™s howð€¦ Â  Ingredients: Bread slices Ready-made pizza sauce Left-over ham or sausages Pineapple chunks Bell pepper Cheese   Pre-heat your oven to about 180 Celsius or 350 Farenheit.   Since it would take time to create dough, you will have to use what you have at home as a substitute. If you have any bread (probably loaf) this would do.   Slice the bread and place some pizza sauce on it. Spread the sauce evenly on the bread.   Get the left-over ham or sausages. Slice the ham into small squares. Do the same for the sausages but instead of slicing it squarely, slice it thinly. Afterwards, place them on the bread. Put as much as you want but be sure to leave room for the pineapple chunks and bell pepper.   After placing the toppings on the bread, sprinkle it with cheese. Do this with the help of a cheese grater.   When done with all the preparations, you are now ready to cook your pizza. Place your home-made pizza on an oven tray. To prevent it from sticking, wipe the tray first with a small amount of olive oil.   Turn your oven down to 160 Celsius or 320 Farenheit and place your pizza. Wait for 15 minutes before taking it out. Youð€™ll know that the pizza is all fine when cheese has turned golden brown.   Now you have a home-made pizza that you could enjoy while watching tv or as midnight snacks. And if you happen to crave more and thereð€™s nothing left to create pizza, just go online and look for a pizza delivery near you.

A Meal Making Cooking Class
I recently attended a meal making cooking class with a group of friends. Basically, it was a Once a Month-Freezer Cooking session combined with a Prepare Your Own Meals store. Our hostess (this was in a private home with a very large kitchen) shopped for the food, chopped the veggies, browned the ground meat, and prepared the prep stations. Using printed instructions, we measured out the ingredients, and put them into labeled freezer bags or aluminum casserole dishes. We then loaded our pre-made meals into coolers and placed them in the freezer when we got home. For $95, I walked away with eight dishes. This may seem like a lot of money, but I only spent a couple of hours making them, and I didnò€™t have to drive all over town to buy the ingredients. I didnò€™t have to do the prep work or clean up. And I have healthy meals in the freezer for those nights when Iò€™m too busy to cook or out of town. The time savings alone made it a bargain.
