Yes, I Can Review My Own Restaurant. Why Not?

Here goes.÷  We own a popular Italian Deli Catering business in suburban Chicago.÷  A little background on the place first.÷  We sell subs - pretty good ones at that.÷  Here"s a quote from the Chicago Sun-Times Food Critic - "The Hungry Horde Has Spoken - These Subs Rule".÷  Okay, okay.÷  I know - a blatant plug.÷  Anyway, we sell subs, imported and domestic meats and cheeses, Italian sausage, pastas, olives, soups, salads, bread, cannoli, tiramisu, etc., and we also do Italian catering. That said, I will now try to review our deli.÷  I will start with the good points and number them in order of how they pop into my head. 1.÷ ÷  My beloved Dave, who works tirelessly there 7 days a week 2.÷ ÷  Our loyal and devoted staff 3.÷ ÷  To die for subs 4.÷ ÷  Ditto, cannoli and Italian Sausage (orders from all across the U.S.) 5.÷ ÷  Rave reviews of our÷  food (Customers, Magazines, Newspapers) 6.÷ ÷  Great Service 7.÷ ÷  Very clean (I"m a nurse and a germaphobe by trade) 8.÷ ÷  Competitive prices 9.÷ ÷  Great location (Beautiful Westchester, Illinois) 10. Smells good inside (Always something cooking or baking) 11. Cute decor 12. Lots of different foods to choose from 13. Friendly and homelike atmosphere 14. Our dear loyal customers who are like family to us 15. Lots of÷  nice restaurant equipment 16. Free Deli Tray or Desset Trays with catering orders 17. Food delivery service 18. Great parking lot Here are the bad points 1.÷  It"s kinda small Well, there you have it.÷  An honest unbiased review of Albano"s Deli Catering, by me, co-owner÷  Gisele Albano. Regarding #1 on the "bad points" list, we will be opening another location in the Chicago Loop area and will be a part of a new 100,000 square foot development that will be opening soon.÷  I may have to revamp my list.
